Thank you, CP. You have stated it much better than I could have and this is my meaning exactly. If this is an authentic email from someone representing PPHM, then they do not intend to take actions to protect shareholders from damage inflicted by this crime, if true as stated. Therefore we are left on our own to pursue damages which are significant, since the company which does have the power to make us whole, PPHM, declines to do so. Reading the email from Chris (if true) solicits a response from me that goes a step beyond anger.

Some entity(s) started running the stock up well before the good news of Sept and then we all know how it performed in the pre hours before the bad news. That's who we're looking for.
