Chad, I'm not sure what your point is. I could see the trouble coming as much as 9 months ago. And I suggested alternatives. The result was 37 cents in February 2013 after reporting 3 exceptional quarters. The share price was so depressed that most were almost certain that the company had to be a fraud.

We're not out of the woods yet. Best case scenario Solomon will tell us something about the bond deal, perhaps even announce an agreement in principle. Worst case, he can't say much and the stock will correct to the downside. Let the market be the judge.
