i have to thank ecmoney for getting me going, since he posted the CH-11 docs a few nights ago.
what makes me think there's a good chance of this, is how easily it would solve the legal issues.
montecito would get a public entity, volk would get to share in its success. we all would.
having a judge preside over the exact terms of that settlement, even better. dot all the I's and cross the T's.
