Bull, I have no idea what advisory board members make. It is typical for an advisory board member to be compensated somewhat for their services. Usually a company will issue stock (common, or restricted).

As far as the programmers draining the budget....I don't think that's likely. They have over $3.5 million in cash. My point earlier was that they announced that they were adding programmers in July, 2012. Their financial statements through September showed 0 dollars in expenditures for R & D where one would normally report/find this expense.

The other thing that is bothersome is where did all of the stock go to? A couple of years ago the stock issued was 100 million. The recent private placements were in the neighborhood of 30 million shares. I know the company finally issued my shares from a PP that I did in 2000 in 2012. I wonder how many more private deals Fernandez pulled over the past decade? There's a huge gap from 100mm original plus 30mm recent private placements to get to the 217 mm that the company is now reporting. Once again, a lot of this was behind the curtain of a non reporting company. As shareholders, shouldn't this be made available to us?

That being said, I am impressed with the strength of the pps recently. There was a lot of downward pressure on the stock this morning with over 400,000 shares traded with the reult being down down just a penny. The last 100,000 brought it back up to a small plus for the day. We have been trending here for a few weeks and are tightly wound. A little bit of good news should produce a nice pop.
