I have found that on the pinks, once a company becomes addicted to Reverse Splits, they continue with them. SNDY has had four previous Reverse Splits. They have literally burned through BILLIONS of shares doing so. They seem to have discovered, that once they get glutted with a billion or more shares, it is easy to just do a Reverse Split, change ticker symbol, rinse and repeat, and continue along their merry way toward another Billion share A/S and O/S. After they destroy the equity of one group of shareholders, they obviously don't have any trouble getting a new crop of shareholders to buy their stock.
