Is that $0.12 per share book value based on the correct o/s number, which is a bit north of 282M shares? In addition, does the book value to which you're referring account for first paying the company's debtors who have priority security interests? Not trying to be difficult, just wondering.

As for the r/s, I'm likely going to vote my 2M shares no, but I'm still undecided. There are many good examples of stocks that have done very well after an r/s. I'm just not so sure CERP would fit in the successful bucket. That said, with over 282M shares outstanding, it will take some very strong revenues to get this stock without an r/s to a price that would attract the vast majority of institutional investors. So, decisions, decisions.
