sunstar, we should best be sure it is her before making accusations. The file, her function, does indeed point to her as a possible suspect and sabotaging the software/data before Sept 2012 would still keep the error going after she was gone.

But then again, in this stage we should be careful because she may have nothing to do with it until we see some PACER info or other show up.

You know how it goes! I remember almost being crucified when I brought sabotage up and using FBI in my posts was as if I used a dirty word! So maybe we should all be careful in this stage to single out someone as if it where fact unless there is fact.
