Chit Chat Mobile at least has a business. They are resellers of Sprint's network. EVPH brings nothing to them at all. That is unless Chit Chat merges into EVPH and at that time they have access to public money.

I had said before that the only real asset that EVPH had was that they were on the pinks. By merging into EVPH Chit Chat eliminated all of the work, time and expense of attempting to go public.

Good luck to all. This could help the pps in the short term. Be careful if any deal with them falls apart PPS goes back to .0002 or less.

Who knows, this could be the next PUMP to be employed by managment.
