Well - getting some pretty angry PM's so I'm just gonna say this is what I'm trying to reconcile right now.

All this is MY OPINION ONLY! and before you go whack on me-- I am a shareholder- But something isn't right here and I'm not one to follow the herd.

this excerpt from following link's full article-- KY has a a loophole that I'm trying to work around/see if it applies to us.

This is not an article about PBLS or Mid south or Rome oil and gas.

"That's a red flag," said Bill Goodwin, president of the Tennessee Oil and Gas Association and a principal in Ky-Tenn Oil Inc. "If you're getting that kind of production, why in the hell would you want to sell it?"

Goodwin said the oil industry has a problem with "promoters" who make their money from raising capital to drill new wells, not from actual production. He claims Kentucky is particularly vulnerable to such operators because its regulatory requirements allow a one-year delay in the release of production data.

Goodwin said investors should hire a geologist to verify production claims or ask to see copies of "run tickets," which are receipts written by oil haulers when they load up tanker trucks at well-production sites.

Notice the permit dates

so Rome can report "actual production numbers" depending on when they got those wells producing after April 2006 according to KY law. So naturally I am wondering if we should be looking for a more official numbers on each well .

there is a striking similarity to wyoming and KY in regards to oil and gas exploration- can you guess what it is?

Funny coincidence this company is looking for investor to drill in Wyoming too [NOT same Rome oil and gas] I'm still waiting for a return call from this company .

Now like I said I'm trying to work this out- and if anyone has better info PLZ post it . FWI-IMO
