PXTE, under CEO volk, now WGAS, under CEO volk -- we were doing a deal with montecito, wherein robert f. smith became president of PXTE, and ventana group was all set to loan $25M for the purchase of the virgin oil asset.

flash forward to today and the reorg plan for virgin oil lists the current case between montecito and paxton (WGAS) in the filing with the court.

i'm not saying i know for sure what's happening, but i would think giving robert smith (montecito) the WGAS entity to put all their assets into, would not only make montecito really wealthy, but volk, and whoever else had shares, would also benefit. jmho.
