mappo - It is FIFTEEN months since they decided to do the spin-off - FACT !! And I said it will be the brokers who may drag their feet reporting in to the Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent DOES NOT KNOW WHO THE BENEFICIAL OWNERS ARE. The brokers do. Please try to understand this stuff.
