This S-1 distribution can get pretty icky. It depends on the speed at which the brokers will look into their books and report to the Transfer Agent. Most of them probably won't care and some will drag their feet. Ultimately it will be up to the individual Shareholder to ' bug ' his broker. I don't think there is a hard and fast time limit here. I can see it dragging on some more.
