I think a strong name in a local market is worth more than competing on low margins in an overcrowded market.In Germany or the UK (or the US) they'd start as a nobody. Better to grow through acquisitions in such markets.

It takes time to build a reputation in this industry and time is a valuable factor in a human-resounce intensive business.
The company has already demonstrated they can earn and grow good revenues in Scandinavia. I'd like to see them continue what they are good at before taking on the next step and start building their own network through equity investments in other agencies.
