You may be right about that, but I think it will take a while for the auditor to review 2 years worth of fins. March is most likely, but I have seen these things go longer. With that said, we are restarting the business so financials are more meaningful in bringing the company back to current reporting status.

Once they are current and off of the chill list, we will see more turnover in the 2's and 3's. When the announce some revenue generating projects it will move on to the 4's and 5's. Pretty basic stuff and it will make for easy profits for those who gamble at these prices.
