I dont have level 2, can someone tell me why this person would lower the ask? They will get there 8 if they wait. Maybe they have something else they want into asap? Im sure this is a stupid question to most of you but it doesnt make sense to me. I just thought it might be something technical that I cant see or understand completely yet.
