As ATL and his small team try and do it all, their efforts may be for nothing.

John Bourque rejected available opportunities to safeguard this company, not only to advance extremely quickly the commercial adaptations for Kryron alloys and to advance and protect the Kryron patents, but most importantly to acquire an established foundation to represent this company that already has inroads into the market place, especially contacts into industries and government contracts.

My long ago suggestion that received zero comments on this board still stand in my opinion that ATL needs to have this company team up with already established contacts and not try to simply build-up from scratch newly formed tiny endenvors like the NAPA and BIW to take this company into the purchase ordering status.

The following,

"John Bourque as President and CEO of this company has a very self serving reason to do all he can to increase the price per share. All other shareholders will benefit to the same degree as he benefits."

This has been served on this board and been widely accepted on its own merits.

Unfortunately that instrument identified as the "self serving reason" is in error to describe John Bourque's primary motivation.

The history of events for this company identifies a valid concern "What I don't understand is why they won't push the share price up (and we all know they can) for their own benefit."

President and CEO John Bourque having a Type A+ personality has rejected common sense and denied Bourque Industries the needed services of skills and equipment to explain the mechanics (branch of physics concerned with the motion of bodies in a frame of reference) of the Kryron process. A consequence of this is that all officers and board members of this company, no matter their prior sucesses before joining , work as "yes men" unable to function for the best interest of this company.

While the goal of John Bourque is to make Bourque Industries into that vision placed on the company web site, there is a psychological feature inherent with most inventors that is detrimental to releasing the object for consumption.

MIT in Cambridge MA, with a proven record of success, has put in place a procedure to guide the bright ideas of a scholarly treatise, that in the past where most remained as life as print on paper, to now a path as a company with a product for sale to obtain revenue.

John Bourque has not and continues to not care what the value of BORK was yesterday or will be tomorrow, for John Bourque only has a focus on a future where he will control Bourque Industries, a company delivered by him only.

A simple event could derail that outcome expected for the Kryron process to deliver company greatness.

Focus as an example MIT in Cambridge MA with a well tuned machine to turn creative thinking into a successful company.

Lets say they looked at the Kryron alloy, understood its internals in a way that they saw a possible chain of events to reach its outcome. From this they realized that a simple unexpected, and thusly not tried, approach by a layperson accomplished the sought after alloy they were unsuccessful to achieve simply because any approach lacking a highly advanced skill set was unacceptable to be tried, a joke. Yes, smart educated people being dumb, while history has two recent Nobel Prizes in science awarded for smart educated people taking dumb-downed approaches, that be the green colored non metalic material for high temperature super conductivity, and making C60 Buckyballs using equipment one can purchase from a Radio Shack.

The goal is to reach that Kryron process end result using a procedure that does not infringe on Bourque Industries patents. One can surmise that all the ingredients of the Kryron secret powder can be located in a small low tech shop that casts metal plates, similiar to what John Bourque ran as his small business prior to his discovery, and then take a trial and error approach to the many, but simply to try, procedures to add the various secret sauce combinations while varying the timing and amount of casting, as suggested in the actual Kryron patents.

Speculate that insight into the way Kryron alloys are created have highlighted unique paths to duplicate properties associated with alloys of the Kryron process, leading to an alloying process now being refined that will duplicate and perhaps surpass products of Bourque Industries, this without any patent infringements on ours.

What would be the difference between that new company, purhaps having birth at MIT, and Bourque Industries?

Its quite simple and profound with an unmerciful (nothing personal, its just business) deathblow to Bourque Industries.

That finally tuned machine at MIT has what Bourque Industries has not.

(1.) A well oiled history of government and venture capitalist funding.
(2.) A well greased list of government and venture capitalist contact people.
(3.) A supply of world class workers and available state of the art research equipment.

If that company arrives, the degree to which Bourque Industries will remain a company with success will be hard-pressed to just survive.

Without competition, John Bourque can delay success.

A new startup company having excellent funding and management, and world class skill sets to assist, can take a new alloying process equal or better than our Kryron to fruition almost overnight and kick us into the gutter.

A new company with proven sales and marketing people acquired from past endeavors of that well tuned machine, backed by a manufacturing presents of immense output can sell alloys at a cost with good profit margins at less than what it would take for Bourque Industries to manufacture a similiar product.

Events at Bourque Industries happens like one watching a train speeding towards a wreck.

Your summarization is well worded as "With the hundreds of companies and research universities working on CNT technology, the window of opportinity is closing rapidly. Appears as if JB wants to keep his baby in the barn for fear someone will steal it. By the time he finally agrees to let it out of the barn it will be too late."

Related to this are the following excerpts from past posts on this board, as follows.

"John Bourque needs to take those Kryron patents (now the property of Bourque Industries) and collaborate with researchers to develope additional end results using the Kryronization process as a template, and while we would share any newly created IP (Intellectual Property) with them, we would obtain a totally new source of revenue, make improvements to the process with additional patents being obtained, and VERY importantly to keep steps ahead of other alloy discoveries by companies trying to make a better alloy than ours."

"Bourque Industries does not need the current people in control of this company to be healthy and move forward, and a case may be made that their removal is a requisite for survival. Extremely qualified technical people with the education to know the science of this alloy process that far exceed John Bourques lucky trial & error approach are available, plus they have access to research equipment unavailable to John Bourque that he would not know its purpose if it stood in his presents. For example, many professors of technology would welcome a look-and-see and even join this company and move it far quicker and far further than John Bourque can even dream of doing."
