Riddle me this--why are both judges poorly informed? Wasn't it Gouge's responsibility to inform them? You now admit he did it poorly. Is he incompetent? Why hasn't marty fired him?

How much money has marty paid Gouge? Not to fight the judgment, but an effort to collect it. Even if Gouge wins, marty will still owe the money. Correct? Why not spend the money to get rid of the judgment? Oh yeah--marty tried that. Wallace SPANKED him!!!! Brilliant strategy to spend thousands fighting a judgment collection, rather than using that money to settle. Brilliant. Of course, Gouge thinks it's brilliant, correct?
