By the way, this may or may not have anything to do with SWVI, but the below relates to their ex-auditor. He was dismissed in January (see SWVI SEC Form 8-K), I think. He is located in FL, but had quite a few NV firms as audit clients. The details may become public in April (at that time, the firms reviewed by the PCAOB might become public information). He merged with another CPA firm, also in FL, and also with quite a few NV firm audit clients. The new CPA/auditor is in CO, I think...
