In a word, control! They want us to know nothing, see nothing until they are damn good and ready to share, and in this case tht isn't much. They've closed lw performing studios, withheld holiday pay and changed the pay periods all at the last minute and nfirmed us only after the fact. How simple would it have been to notify us beforehand? Year I don't expect thembto tell us everything, but how bout giving some viable information? Instead of hearing, "everything is fine" over and over, how about the truth? If we had an offer from another company and it was turned down, Just tell us!!! It's better to hear that something fell through rather than hearing the lies! Most of the studios are already big time in the negative and the year just started. I know mine did much better last year than it is doing right now and I am fighting hard to make my goals!
