something about the lawsuit.

my opinion, and its only my opinion, but i would say that we should at least wait until the company is up and running because i do not want to kill an investment im in. To file class action now would be bad for both sides. We could definately write off our investment and Franks network would probably go bankrupt.

But if we wait and see if we are totally ruined, and the network turns a profit and is makin big bucks then we can sue and make our money.

I am all for lawsuit, ESPCIALLY if Frank R/S. Im just wondering if we should wait?
