One thing that concerns me about low floats and light trading is not having the ability to unload quickly or at all with profits or to dodge bad news. Not that this will happen here, but it is an added caveat to the position. In any case, could be a gold mine for those willing to take the risk. As noted, some good connections and history appears to thrive here behind the scenes. Early birds and worms and all that stuff. LOL

HGAT right now I'm showing 5.8million shares out in one place.

So I think we are clearly below 7 million Shares Out

Another factor to help determine how shares have influenced a symbol, too include shorting, etc.... is a one-year chart showing volume & A/D.

It's pretty clear to me HGAT has not been screwed with in simple term without going into a lot of detail.
