Delays happen because the real world presents continuing difficulties. Anyone who thinks those can all be anticipated has never run a complex project.

These are competent dedicated people. As far as I'm concerned they deserve every cent they are being paid and I'm glad to help. I will never complain about that. If I change my mind, I will sell.

There is a big difference between planning and executing a project that is an instance of something that has been done many times before and a project involving major novelty. I think a close examination of NNVC's technology would reveal astonishing novelty, such that each thing done differently leads to unpredictable extra time. It is impossible to accurately predict ahead of time how quickly you can solve a problem you did not know was going to be presented to you.

Smart dedicated people are working to save millions of lives and make stockholders rich by doing so. Some of the stockholders, who are doing nothing to contribute to the effort, who may not have directly provided the company money, are complaining that they are not being made rich fast enough, and are accusing their benefactors of dishonesty and incompetence. If that happens to be you, please just sell. Find a company run by people you respect.

I'm staying with Seymour, Diwan, and crew. I expect the unexpected and expect some of it to be surprisingly good. At last, all the right people and resources have been brought together.

If I were not convinced of this I would sell every share and invest elsewhere. There are a lot of good bets out there. Why stick around and bitch? A loss is a loss the minute the stock price falls below the purchase point. The idea that a loss becomes real only when you sell is delusional.

I have a loss right now whether I sell or not. And, I think my money is well invested. I'm staying here.
