I dunno, but aslenergy.com was started on 2011, I'm thinking that SNVP was one of their first ventures and now that they find themselves with their t_t in a wringer, they may be rolling the dice that a bit more money might get Savoy 'over the hump', so to speak. I don't think 'I' would do that unless I saw a light at the end of the tunnel... so maybe ASL sees the light.

Here is something I think matters:

The Company also committed to ASL to become current with its required filings with the Secretary of State of Nevada and to bring the Company into "good standing" not later than close of business on February 21, 2013 (which action has been completed to date),

Whether the financials are good or bad, doesn't matter at this point, IMO, but the fact that they are activly working on the filings, does. It shows effort on the part of SNVP to tackle their deficiencies.

But hey, wuddo I know, It's Saturday morning, and I still have cobwebs in my brain... AND, I need coffee. lol
