3. PAYMENT. You agree to make the necessary pre-paid payments to Your iTokk account to keep Your Service operational. Connection charges will be deducted from your account balance on a per minute basis in real-time as call activity occurs through Your iTokk account. A payment receipt will be sent to your email address each time a payment is made from your credit card to your iTokk account. You agree to pay all applicable charges under this Agreement, including any applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity. We reserve the right to adjust the payment plans and Connections charges at anytime without prior notice.
