NT 10-k is basically announcement that the filings will be late, this is very standard for Dussault Apparel. However, missing the dead line last week is very unusual for DUSS. One must take into consideration that we have a new CEO and new Accountant. I suspect that the new accountant is the same accountant that may be involved with a merger or J/V involving a unknown company but this is entirely speculation on my part. Check out PR's since Oct. 5th when Jason resigned. Mrs. Bannister sounds very optimistic to me. Good luck
