OT: Evolution Theory and The Existence of God

Something created the first speck of matter that became the Universe we know .... even before life as we know it evolved or appeared. Religions around the world have a different name for this being, call it God call it Allah call it Yeoway ... call it what you will. Science is mans attempt to understand the universe .... seeking knowledge is a good thing and evolution in no way conflicts with the existence of a supreme being.

"The evolutionist theory is: Since we reject the existance of God, (outcome already made up), everything must be eternal in and of itself and evolved over time, thus no matter what science points to, we reject it and will only interpret any evidence to support evolution."

It's clear that the more we explore the sciences we begin to understand and appreciate the great intelligence that brought this universe into existence.

So whats the big deal ? Why have Billions over the centuries died over this subject.

IMHO It's all about controlling how people think and behave so that those who say they have the answers stay in power to control the destinies of others.

This Republic was founded on a seperation of Church and State and it will stay that way because Free thinking Americans will defend it.
