Let me say somthing about the individuals , that started this company. They may have exposure to the pitfalls of legal mumbo jumbo, [all the old broken promises], but, and a very important but, MMXT , the surviving corporation is a "separate entity". The sins of the old corporations die with the old corporations and broken promises. The previous management may be sued for sins aof the past, , and they could resign, because we have a squuky clean KC c.e.o that will lead us to the promised land.
