I, unfortunately, see it as a very poorly run company that prob will not amount to much. I still have shares, but only because the loss I have taken since 2009. I held long hoping for something, but have nothing now. The the reverse split, I need a $2 price to break even or 100K free shares. Not sure I will ever see that. Buyer beware

This is totally my opinion and based on following this stock since 2009.
