I don't expect this to do anything but decline until there is more definitive information but I also don't see montecito getting away with the "I'll sell you my automobile but you can only keep it if it breaks down" stance, either.
What we need to know is what angle monte is using.. Are they upset because the stock split(why would they expect a guarantee about stock received?), did they not get the remaining 500, etc. In my mind if they had some clear cut actual coherent reason for unwinding the sale- it'd have been done by now. If there was something in the contract actually allowing them to unwind, it'd be done.
The company being in debt doesn't bother me because debt is to the oil business as water is to fish, BUT, if there is nothing at all coming in from anywhere- that can't last forever.
What needs to happen is for monte to either be put to bed OR if they actually have something on us, get them on board. Offer them a piece if we have to but get them the (*#&$#%&^ out of our way.
I also would LOVE to know who keeps buying 2,666,667 shares. The other day for $85k worth at over three and then today $30k worth at around one?? What in the world is that? THAT smells GOOD to me. . Smells more like a beautiful woman than it does a feed lot
Either way I'm extremely screwed financially and I threw a few hundred bucks at it. "Greyhound don't float on water" and I get something interesting to read about every day. What the heck and why not! If it'd take off I can go and be somewhere with women and palm trees - if it doesn't, "I can't get no poorer" anyway LoL
