Not so sure about that. If an agreement is done within the next two weeks this could be what we've all been waiting for.

If you connect all the dots it would seem logical for both parties to wanna settle this disagreement and get on with the business of drilling for oil and extracting money out of the ground. Lawyers and legal fees are very expensive.
