They have until the end of march to file the numbers. It would be quite helpful if we would be already fully trading in Sweden once they release the 10k. IMO



They also are allowed an automatic two week extension. Judging by history, they will do this. Last year, they released April 10th. Usually, I see taking that extra time as a slight negative. But in this case, it is year end audited results; the company is getting more and more complex; and as you imply, a delay may ensure the opportunity to release the 10K after trading has commenced in Sweden.
