Okay so I called back in to records office and was given Division "G" number. I spoke with Joe Laurant and was told that no further information is available until both parties attend this conference. Usually this will take a week or two for both parties to set a date in front of the Judge. If an agreement is reached at that time then its a done deal and it could be signed off on. If no agreement then this meeting will be a pre trial conference and a date will be set for trial.
