Even GWBU violates the SEC rule, they can always fix it with some charges. As long as the company is in business and selling the units, we shall see some upward movement soon. I don't know why the company is holding up news or making a public announcement about its progress. What else could be the reason? If they scam, they could have pump it all the way up after the last announcement with another false PR. What do you think?
