I believe that mgt is through over estimating BOPD and goals....chalk it up to lessons finally learned....i thought their goals and possible production numbers of WEST TEXAS...seemed realistic..time will tell... overall i thought the new Investor emphasis is certainly a step in the right direction...maybe TECO has turned over a new leaf and turned the corner...I have been very critical of TECO...but i respect their new upfront approach.and you know about.Belize..they did come clean on the results and why.the claim..... they explained why no expensive seismic was done..and how they come up with the location of san juan 3...it was a fair enough reason to drill....remember they are relatively low cost wells......good luck all....
