***Check this out! From the 8K that was filed recently, it appears 3 board members resigned without conflict with the company...sounds bad doesn't it? However, in earlier company information that has been posted, it seemed to mention a new board will be elected once the merger has been done. So, I think we are at a 50/50 point right now...either the merger has been completed and not yet announced, or the three board members left because they aren't liking the direction of the company. IMO...it is 50/50 as of right now. With penny stocks, that's not bad odds!!!
