47 Mio cash now but convertible shares !!!

Means 48 Mio outstanding shares in the end and 47 Mio cash so mayby $ 1,- pps in the end today.

Lets see what the market says but in the end they got new cash for this year.

Not pushing not bashing just my opinion.
