All of David Lovatt's PK companies end up being diluted into the ground, most with DTC Chills or even a Global Lock as with CLDR. The one exception is his first, CLDZ, which became Caveat Emptor before it could be substantially diluted so he moved on to IJJP. The other company was ENTS which came after he took over CLDR. His history of dilution and destroying shareholder value is indisputable. DNAD is just the latest chapter. Hopefully there will be no more new chapters.
