Perhaps worthington and monte are waiting for results on pendragon (or one of the twos of them is) before they decide what to do, for sure.

I could see monte waiting for the results in order to decide how much it's worth spending to fight worthington.. makes sense to me.

Monte doesn't seem to have a snowballs chance of actually unwinding the sale. That said- the caveat I would add to that is that it doesn't always matter who's right if one side decides to tie things up in litigation.

Also- if montecito was going to step up and actually make a case and do anything, it'd be farther along and more significant, by now. That's my uneducated take.

Anyone have any idea of how to find out how far along pendragon is? It was about half way to target last we heard? Does merlin exist? Is it started?
