I use shorter time frame charts for high share count stocks. In stocks that have high A/S or O/S often it doesnt matter what happened prior to 30 days because of how volatile it can get.
Anyway, looks a little stuck. There is some volume, but it looks like even 50-75 million in volume isnt enough to get the PPS upward. Accum line is going down quick which irks me a little on high volume stocks. It DID tap .0003 so thats a good sign. Its trying. Needs more gas on the fire.
