Montecito must be the fool also with the legal expenses that they have to pay for right now. IMO, If Montecito pushes for trial and loses WGAS could sue for legal expenses. If I was Volk I would offer seats on the board to Montecito as a goodwill jester and welcome them with open arms. Both companies have to get on with business and with mounting legal bills it might be motivation enough to get an agreement and start working together instead of against one another. There was a motion for a status conference and we are soon to learn the outcome. Stay Tuned
