I spoke with Brian Nelson the Fire Chief at Wibaux and he indicated that the plant is shut down. He is currently working with the insurance company to investigate the fire and determine liability. He "indicated" that it looked like it was an accident. But the final assessment was up to the Fire Marshal Gary Smith in Helena. It appears Peter is attempting to work things out but it would probably 6 plus months to get back on line, if the insurance company provided coverage. And thats a long time without income.
