Sooner or later there will be a PR about this case. We will see how long that will take but the good news is at least they are talking. Does it mean they closed a deal or if it goes to trial guess we are gonna find out? There's lots to gain here IMO. Why wouldn't Montecitto want a deal its all about oil and money isn't it? Everyone would want a piece wouldn't they? Oil is money and isn't that the idea? Volk would redeem himself and now his new start ups would have a chance. Why would Volk ruin his reputation and career by running WGAS into the ground and expect his new startups to do well? I'm liking our chances right now if a deal is worked out who knows how high the pps will go but I'm willing to find out. The flip side is maybe Volk messes up and doesn't get a deal and I'd say that sucks. Sooner or later this is has to be settled so get your popcorn and lets see what happens. This stock is not for a faint heart.
