They charge a franchise fee but because of current laws can derive no revenues from the individual stores. That will change.

Because of the franchise model ERBB is poised to expand like wildfire if they get heavyweight backing.

Franchise models not only facilitate rapid expansion, but also enable the franchisor to dictate product quality and service standards which goes a long way toi establishing the brand.

That is why a McDonalds in Baltimore has exactly the same fare and customer experience as one in Topeka, or Dallas, or Allentown, PA.
