Mgmt has had up to 3 years to "develop" ther product. So far there is not a shred of evidence go support a notion that anything at all has been done. If they were to do the work "in a garage" they would have to have or have access to one. If VNDB iss to benefit from the work it should have been included on prior SEC filings. So far nothing has appeared. There is nothing in the SEC filings to suggest that there are any other employess than the CEO. Since he is spending his time in Costa Rica running a newly opened Roadhouse Bar, quite probably a very legitimate enterprise, it goes to reason he only has limited time to spend "developing" a dream of a battery product. On that basis he probably is only a 1/4 time employee at best.
