Nope, nothing has changed yet. Judge has not ruled but after tomorrow there is the weekend or 2 days where it's better to be in just in case, ruling news or more probably leaks about settlement may come when it's impossible to chase the stock.

IMHO this is the very reason sp was propped from $0.0014 to $0.0018 last Friday (but with 3 days without trading ahead).

So, all in all and ceteris paribus, I'm expecting tomorrow close to be around $0.0017
