The size of a building is pretty irrelevent to me until, for once, I see this company report a proffit that isn't less than I make in a month working as an employee at a small construction company. Also, at about this time last year, the dirt was not where the money was supposed to be. Now a bunch of dirt is suddenly a gold mine if you're still looking through rose colered glasses. .0024 is still less than one quarter of the lowest currency denomination in the United States. I guess the saying "dirt cheap" has a bit of truth to it. Just the facts as they REALLY are.
