I haven't seen anything about this reverse merger with FINRA, who must approve it. Last time HRRN claimed they'd be reverse merging and changing the name of the company was back in 2009. It never happened, and the company ceased operations shortly thereafter, and now decided to rev up the printing/spinning presses with this latest "new direction".
So in short, this company is long on yackin' when they need to sell shares, and short on ever doing anything. These sort of movie production companies are all garbage. For example, check out MIKP and SAPX. Note the charts, the hype, and the pie-in-the-sky future movie production deals that never happen.
Good luck with this farce, because that's all it's ever been, and all it will ever be.
