sorry Rudolfo, I had to run off for a while, and haven't seen anyone else post a reply. Crede had not been selling their shares, by what we've had in documentation. So doubt they really care at this stage and in these couple of stinky market days, it can be expected that APDN would fall on last friday with shorter action over the financials. Crede is financing APDN, who's been using the money for expansion, etc. The financial deal was a couple months ago. Not related. As far as them buying more shares in open market- APDN made it clear they wouldn't have a share holding that made them a majority holder.
