dw88in, I'm pretty sure that the "shareholder's shares" distribution after the Loch -> CDEx period was 1 for 43.xxx something. Any fractional shares occuring after the conversion they allow to be rounded up to the shareholder's benefit- wow, what nice crooks.
The CDEx R/S which reduced the authorized shares from 200 million to 50 million was a later event.
What you have to do is multiply those figures together, not add them. So the correct dilution is 43 x 5 x 10 = 2150.
Share numbers have been diluted by a factor of 1 for 2150, which doesn't include depreciation in share value.
