You should expect 50% EPS growth for a number of years. You can deduce the unconsolidated revenue number from that.

2012 --- $0.70 --- $150M
2013 --- $1.00 --- $280M
2014 --- $1.50 --- $450M
2015 --- $2.25 --- $675M
2016 --- $3.37 --- $1B

Revenue from construction will likely be flat for a number of years so the rest will all come from sales.

The only interesting part is whether management would agree with this projection.
